We want you to love your item! If for any reason your jewelry irritates your ears, please email us at hello@cedartreelane.com within 30 days of the package being delivered to initiatie the return process. 

Due to the hygienic nature of the product all sales are final and we cannot offer exchanges unless the earrings are defective, damaged, you received the wrong item or they cause an allergic reaction to the ears.

Please inspect your order and contact us within 30 days of the package being delivered. 

All Sale and Clearance Items are Final Sale and are not eligible to be returned.

All of our Jewelry is Stainless Steel, Sterling Silver or gold vermeil (14k gold plated over stainless steel) and is anti-tarnish. This means that with the proper care, your jewelry will retain its color and shine. If your jewelry tarnishes, we will do the following:

• WITHIN 30 DAYS:  We will replace the item at no cost to you
• 31-90 DAYS:  We will offer a one time use code to replace the item at 50% of its original cost. 
• 90+ DAYS: We ask that customers are responsible for replacing their own items.
